  • Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    【For customers in Japan】

    Both posters and framed artworks are shipped within 7–10 business days after payment is confirmed. As each piece is carefully printed and finished to order, we kindly ask for your patience.


    【For international customers】

    Both posters and framed artworks are shipped within 7–10 business days after payment is confirmed. After shipping, orders are delivered via EMS.


    Estimated delivery time after shipping


    • Asia (Taiwan, South Korea, etc.): approximately 5–8 days

    • North America / Europe (United States, France, United Kingdom, etc.): approximately 7–12 days

    • Nordic countries (Sweden, Finland, Norway, etc.): approximately 9–15 days

  • Q: Does the artwork come with a frame?

    All artworks are available in two options: Poster Only or Framed Artwork.


    Framed artworks are delivered already set in a black aluminum frame with UV-protective acrylic. They arrive as fully finished art pieces, ready to display from the day they arrive. A hanging cord is also included.


    The frame color and specifications are standardized and cannot be changed. Designed to blend naturally into a space while quietly enhancing the artwork itself, framed pieces are offered as limited editions, with the edition size set for each year.

  • Q. How should I handle the frame?

    ※The following information is for customers who purchased a framed artwork. To help you enjoy your piece safely and for a long time, please note the following:


    1. Please handle the frame and acrylic front with care

    Please be careful when moving or installing the piece, as the frame corners and acrylic front may be delicate. Strong impact may cause the acrylic to crack or break.


    2. For safety, we recommend hanging it from two points

    To help prevent tilting or falling, we recommend using two hanging points whenever possible.


    3. Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight

    Excess moisture, heat, and direct sunlight may cause damage or deterioration to both the artwork and the frame.


    4. Please clean with a dry cloth only

    Using water or alcohol-based cleaners may damage the acrylic or the frame. Please wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.


    5. Hooks and pins are not included

    Please use hooks or pins that are suitable for your wall.

    ※A flathead screwdriver is required if you wish to remove or replace the artwork.

  • Q: How much is the shipping fee?

    For domestic orders within Japan, shipping is ¥750.
    Orders over ¥30,000 qualify for free shipping.

    For international orders, the shipping fee is ¥3,500, and orders over ¥50,000 are shipped free of charge.


    All orders include a tracking number for peace of mind.

  • Q:Can I return or exchange my order?

    Due to the nature of art products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons.  However, if your item arrives damaged or has any defects, please contact us through our inquiry form within 7 days of delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Q: Can I cancel my order after purchase?

    As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to assist depending on the situation. If you have special circumstances, please contact us through our inquiry form.


    Please note that, depending on the payment method, it may take several days for the refund to be processed.

    ※Refund handling fees may also be deducted depending on your payment method.

  • Q. Will the artworks be restocked?

    Framed artworks are limited editions, with the edition size set for each year. For this reason, they will not be restocked under the same year notation or with the same edition number.

    From the following year onward, they may be sold as a new annual edition. In that case, a new edition number will also be assigned.

    Poster-only versions are planned to remain available on an ongoing basis. However, some works may be discontinued after a certain period, so if there is a piece you are interested in, we recommend considering it early.

  • Q: Can I order it as a gift?

    We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but we may consider it in the future if there is enough demand.

  • Q: Will the colors look different from what I see online?

    Yes, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or lighting conditions. We do our best to present the artwork as close to the original as possible, and we appreciate your understanding.

  • Q: What are your business hours?

    Our business days are weekdays and Saturdays, and our response hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (JST). We are closed on Sundays and during the New Year holiday period. Please also note that we may close temporarily due to business circumstances.

  • Q: Can I receive a receipt or invoice?

    We do not currently offer paper receipts or PDF receipts. Your order confirmation email and the statement issued by your credit card company or payment service serve as official documents that may also be used for tax filing and related purposes. Please use those documents in place of a receipt.
