  • Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    【For Customers in Japan】

    Once printing and framing are completed, your order will be carefully packed and shipped. Posters are printed at a domestic fine art printing company using high-quality thick matte paper, while framed artworks are printed on premium fine art paper (Moreau paper). Each piece is produced one by one with great attention to detail. Please allow 7–10 business days after payment confirmation for dispatch.

    【For International Customers】

    Both posters and framed artworks are printed and prepared after receiving your order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipment. Once ready, your order will be shipped via EMS (delivery time may vary by region).


    Estimated delivery times after shipping:

    ・Asia (e.g. Taiwan, South Korea): approx. 5–8 business days

    ・North America / Europe (e.g. US, France, UK): approx. 7–12 business days

    ・Scandinavia (e.g. Sweden, Finland, Norway): approx. 9–15 business days

    We always do our best to ship smoothly and as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on regional or seasonal conditions. Thank you for your kind understanding.

  • Q: Does the artwork come with a frame?

    You can choose between poster only or framed artwork for every piece. For framed artworks, each print is delivered pre-set in a dark brown wood-grain frame with UV-protective acrylic. It comes ready to hang, so you can display it right away after it arrives. A wall-mounting string is also included. At the moment, the frame color and specifications are unified and cannot be customized, but the design blends naturally into any interior style. Please note that all framed artworks are limited-edition pieces.

  • Q. How should I handle the frame?

    ⚠︎To ensure safe and long-lasting enjoyment, please keep the following points in mind:


    1.Be careful with the corners of the frame
    The corners of the wooden frame may be sharp. Please handle with care when moving or installing the artwork.

    2.The acrylic surface is fragile
    It may crack if subjected to strong impact. Please be careful not to drop the frame.

    3.For safety, we recommend hanging the frame with two hooks
    To prevent the frame from tilting or falling, secure it with two points on the wall.

    4.Avoid high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight
    Moisture, heat, and sunlight may cause the artwork or frame to deteriorate.

    5.For cleaning, use a soft dry cloth only
    Water and alcohol-based cleaners may damage the acrylic or frame. Gently wipe with a soft dry cloth.

    6.Wall hooks or pins are not included
    Please prepare wall hooks or pins suitable for your wall type before hanging.

    7.Check the hardware periodically if displaying long-term
    For safety, we recommend checking the condition of hooks and hardware regularly.


  • Q: How much is the shipping fee?

    For domestic orders within Japan, shipping is ¥750.
    Orders over ¥30,000 qualify for free shipping.

    For international orders, the shipping fee is ¥3,500, and orders over ¥50,000 are shipped free of charge.

  • Q:Can I return or exchange my order?

    Due to the nature of art prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damage. If your item arrives damaged or with any issues, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of delivery. We appreciate your kind understanding.

  • Q: Can I cancel my order after purchase?

    Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, if your item has not yet entered production or been shipped, we may be able to cancel your order depending on the timing. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form.

    ※Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method, and transaction fees may be deducted.

  • Q. Will the artworks be restocked?

    Framed artworks are produced in strictly limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.
    Posters, on the other hand, are generally available for continuous sale. Please note that some artworks may only be available for a limited time, so if there’s a piece you’re interested in, we recommend considering it while it’s still available.

  • Q: Can I order it as a gift?

    We currently do not offer gift wrapping. However, if we receive enough requests, we would be happy to consider it in the future.

  • Q: Will the colors look different from what I see online?

    Yes, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or lighting conditions. We do our best to present the artwork as close to the original as possible, and we appreciate your understanding.

  • Q: What are your business hours?

    Our business days are Monday through Saturday, and we are available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (JST).We are closed on Sundays and during New Year holidays. Please note that we may occasionally close temporarily due to business reasons.

  • Q: Can I receive a receipt or invoice?

    We do not issue paper or PDF receipts. However, the order confirmation email, credit card statement, or payment service invoice can be used as official proof of purchase for tax or record-keeping purposes. Thank you for your understanding.
